We have secured the services of Primary IT Ltd since 2024. We have worked alongside John to implement and build a better IT infrastructure that has been in line with DfE requirements and the needs of the school.  This has involved the replacement of onsite servers, desktops, laptops and all EdTech in the classrooms and the implementation of Cyber Security including cyber secure backups. John has always provided ongoing steadfast IT support. We would recommend him and Primary IT to other schools.

As a small charity with ageing IT equipment and a tradition of 'muddling through', we were nervous about taking on the commitment of a long-term relationship with an IT company. But we appreciated Primary IT's approach from the start, taking the time to consider our needs and current set up, and adapting the package offered to suit our budget. John and his team efficiently sourced devices, properly set up the back-up, licences, security and networking. We would recommend Primary IT.

We have been working with Primary IT since July 2025 having never worked with an IT partner previously. Primary IT met with us on multiple occasions and took us through all aspects of our IT. They then created an Office 365 environment for us provided the relevant training to the team, implemented cyber secure backups and ensured we were compliant. Primary IT continue to support us and we would recommend them to other organisations.
